Forced Break

Sometimes you don't have a choice.

Life starts going so quickly that by the time you are in bed,

you are wondering where the whole day went.

Where the whole week went.

Shoot, let's be honest.

Where the WHOLE MONTH went.

I wanted to start this blog to share sewing goodies.

To make free tutorials.

For showing easy and good recipes.

But time has not been on my side.

Either has health.

Since putting the kids in preschool, we have been battling one illness after another.

Very frustrating.

Because you are on survival mode.

And now that it seems that we are coming out of the clearing,

I am re-prioritizing my time.

The blog is on the list.

It will happen.

Starting today!

And for a little {SIG} update...

We are in the midst of the busiest time of the year.

{SIG} will be at the Cy-Fair Sugar Plum Market this year.

Nov. 18-19th if ya wanna meet the gang.

And the outfits are going to be killer cute.

All for Christmas and winter.

Well worth coming out.

The Lisa Chapman Auction was a huge success!

We raised $1150 for Lisa and Caitlin.
I couldn't be prouder of everyone's efforts.

And yes, we will have another auction in March.

Yet another big thing I have been wanting to share...

Very hectic but very successful.

Lisa Chapman Auction Update

There are so many giving people in this world.

We have received quite a few donations.

And I hope we can at least make $300 to help Lisa.

She deserves as much.

Lisa is a single mommy battling for her life.

She has a beautiful daughter, Caitlin,

that needs her mommy for a long time to come.

Caitlin is such a sweet girl & has Asperger's Syndrome

but it does not seem to slow her down at all!

Christmas 2011 Collection

Ahhhhhh! The much anticipated photos are here!

I don't have them all but I have quite a few.

And there are enough to show you what we are doing this year.

We are doing each one of these looks for our big craft show this year.

It will be at the Berry Center in November.

Actually, the looks will be slightly different.

We are going to do the Yule Trees peasant dress in a 3/4 sleeve.

No bib on the front & we are adding a sash for those that would like one.

We are also making 2 different boys sets.

The outfits in these pics are for pre-order immediately.

Or we can always make you something different.

As we get the outfits ready for the show, I will be posting pics.
