When contacting {SIG}, please use our general email address, signature.creations at hotmail dot com.  This is the best way to place an order with us.  We generally answer emails first thing in the morning and at the close of the work day (late evening).  Please don't fret if we don't get to your email right away!  Normally, all email inquiries are answered within 12 hours but certainly no longer than 24 hours unless we are on vacation.  We value your time and correspondence and will answer as quickly as we are allowed.  During peak times of the year, it will take as long as 24 hours to respond back (i.e. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's, 4th of July).  Sundays are reserved for family so we will respond to emails on Monday.
